SUBSEA VIDEO SYSTEMS, INC. (hereinafter reffered to as "SVS") warants all of its manufactured equipment when purchased new, to be free from defects in material and workmanship.

SVS, at its option, will repair or replace any equipment showing such defects for a period of one year from date of purchase by original buyer. This warranty covers equipment which has been properly installed and used it does not cover damage which occurs in shipment, nor failure which results from alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, or faulty installation.

SVS, makes no further warranty, express or implied, including any warranty of mechantablility or fitness. In no event will SVS be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including damage to any surrounding equipment.
